Reishi Hot Chocolate Tonic Keep Jar
A carefully crafted, lightly sweetened blend of cocoa, medicinal mushrooms, adaptogenic herbs and warming spices to create a warming and nourishing tonic that you can take at any time of day. Try as a hot chocolate, blend with ice for a summer adaptogenic hit, add to smoothies or boost your coffee. Ingredients: Cocoa, Organic Coconut Sugar, Reishi Mushroom, Ashwaganda, Maize Starch, Cinnamon, Cayenne, Kelp Salt
Directions: Place two heaped teaspoons into a mug with a little boiling water and stir to combine, top with hot milk and sweeten to taste. For a frothy and comforting latte, add 2-3 heaped tsp to a heat tolerant blender with 250-300ml boiling water, a splash of milk, 2 tsp of coconut oil, a fresh date and sprinkle of salt. Add to your smoothie or make into an iced chocolate by blending with ice, milk and a little extra sweetener.
