‘Flora’ Whipped Tallow Face Moisteriser

Lighter feel tallow moisturiser designed specifically for those new to tallow. Cut with a little more extra-virgin cold-pressed Jojoba oil, this tallow crème absorbs a little more quickly than our other tallow products. Please note it may appear hard if cold but take 10 seconds or so to warm up in your fingers before applying.

Scent: Though this product is carefully rendered and purified, as with all tallow products not containing essential oils, a slight scent can remain for those with particularly sensitive noses, that is not unpleasant. This product uses whole-herb extracts of calendula, jasmine and rose and the floral notes of jasmine, in particular, shine through.

Crafted from hand-rendered , grass-fed , triple extracted NZ tallow, nourishing jojoba oil, and infused with whole herb organic, wildcrafted or organically-grown in our garden calendula, rose and jasmine, this beautiful, jasmine scented moisturising cream is designed for use on the face and body.

Usage Instructions: Using a clean finger or a spoon, take a small amount of the tallow butter and rub between fingers to melt slightly before gently apply it to your warmed face the morning (let absorb fully before applying makeup) or more generously in the evening. Apply as needed to the body or any areas of dryness.

Take care to prevent any water from entering the jar. As our product contains no preservatives, introduced water could potentially hasten its expiration.

Storage: Store in a cool environment or, if possible, in the refrigerator. Please use within 6 months of opening for optimal freshness and ideally within 2 months.

Care Guide: Fluctuating temperatures might cause the product to melt and subsequently solidify, resulting in a grainy texture. To address this, you can gently melt it (using low heat or sunlight) then cool again for use as a balm. Alternatively, allow it to slightly soften and then whip with a clean whisk or fork to restore the whipped texture.

Contraindications: Please do not use if you have known allergies to the Asteraceae (daisy) family.

When introducing a new skincare regimen, it's recommended to conduct a patch test at least 24 hours before complete application. Additionally, be aware that some individuals may initially perceive tallow as greasy. To acclimate your skin, consider using a slightly smaller amount during the initial days of usage.
